Outstanding dishes and delicious wine at UD

University

Centre for Agricultural and Applied Economic Sciences of University of Debrecen organized its gastronomic night yesterday night.

Besides fine cuisine, lectures were held about alternative nutrition by dr Mária Hájos Takácsné and Dr András Jávor, vice-rector of Centre for Agricultural and Applied Economic Sciences.

All the materials used for the dishes were grown at the area of CAAES, wine was provided by HBZ Wine.
