Lajos Kósa, mayor of Debrecen announced that Tram Line No.2 Project is about to restart.
According to the mayor, the main reason of the shutdown of the project was that the commissioned Arcadom Plc. was not able to do its tasks, regarding project controlling and finance.
Kósa said that the newly commissioned company is able to guarantee that the tramline will be built by 20 December 2013.
