Goodbye Spanish recession?

Since the end of 2011, the Spanish economic performance has decreased but in the second quarter of this year, Spanish economy came out of recession.

According to a Luis De Guindos, Spanish Minister of Economy, the country needs to continue to reform and reduce the budget deficit so the economic growth can proceed. He also said that the growth is “a little flower in a greenhouse which needs to be cared”.

IMF emphasized the fact that despite the possible economic growth, the vulnerable banks should be protected and the extremely high unemployment rate should be reduced.

The first estimate of the second quarter growth is expected on 30 July – according to the article from Napi Gazdaság (Daily Economy).
