The public servant wanted to take a photo of an irregularly parking pickup truck but the angry driver knocked the camera out of his hand.
On 30 of November, Tuesday, afternoon a public area supervisor has notified the Police Station of Debrecen, that he wanted to take a photo of a pickup truck in Gyorgy Karacsony street with his companion when the driver leaning out of the car knocked out the camera which fell to the ground and damaged.
The strike also reached the hand of the public servant who lightly injured.
Police patrols interrogated the suspect and started procedure against him in attacking an official person case. The Criminal Code classifies the public land surveyors as official persons so attacking them is punishable up to three years imprisonment.
